Introducing our ultra-low noise amplifier (LNA) designed to measure voltage references in the range of 0.1 to 10 Hz with unparalleled accuracy and speed. Our AC-coupled LNA is equipped with an active leakage compensation loop, enabling it to settle in mere minutes, compared to several hours with traditional LNA. With a noise level of only 13 nVrms, our LNA delivers exceptional signal fidelity, making it the perfect choice for critical measurements in low-frequency applications.
Our Low-Noise Low-Frequency Amplifier is perfect for measuring the noise in the 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz band, where flicker noise obscures other amplifiers. Our AC coupling implements an active leakage current compensation that eliminates waiting times when measuring different DC levels, helping you save time and money. In the picture below, an voltage step from 0 to 10 V is applied to the input, taking less than 2 minutes for the output to settle and complete the measurement.

The amplifier worked perfectly. I tried with known good quality references, like ADR1399 and the noise figure measured using my RTB2004 scope, were close to the numbers specified in the Datasheets.
After that I used it for what I bought it, which was to compare the noise of various lower-quality references and DACs, where the manufacturers did not specify, or did not clearly specified low frequency noise.
Although it is a highly specialized tool, it does what it is designed to do and well.
A small detail I noticed, is that within the first minute or less, where the DC stabilizes, it shows much less noise than after stabilization. Therefore the user should be patient and let things stabilize before trusting the results.
